4 Weeks of sparring training on Saturdays. Sparring gear is required.  We will practice sparring with opponents, perform drills, and learn new skills for how to read and counter an opponent. Contact will remain restrained and under control. Learn rules for point sparring, as well as techniques for street fighting, under supervision.

Adults: 60 minutes  ($200)

Kids: 30 minutes  ($125)

For this to work and be effective, we need a minimum of 6 students for each class to take off. 

Sparring gear can be purchased through the school or outside sources, but must be approved by Master Mike.
